Brittani Naccari Farrell, MSN, APRN, FNP-C is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Covington, LA. She was born and raised on the south shore and moved to the Covington and now Folsom area 10 years ago. She began her education at LSU Health Science Center in New Orleans, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2012. She received the Florence Nightingale Rookie of the Year Award for the State of Louisiana after completing her first year as a Registered Nurse. While working on a Cardiology unit, she later attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette where she earned her Masters of Science degree in Nursing in Family Practice, graduating with honors in 2016. Brittani is part of the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society, American Nurses Association, and American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. While working in the Primary Care setting, Brittani obtained Aesthetics Certifications in Botox, Xeomin, Dysport in December of 2016. She then went on to get training and certification in dermal filler. Since this time she has had advanced training in fillers and performs hyper-dilute neck and body lifting. In 2019, Brittani began her journey with PDO thread training starting in Las Vegas with the non- surgical lower face lift and use of smooth threads for facial enhancement. She was one of very few in the south at the time with this training and performing these procedures. Currently at Saintly Skin this is the most requested procedure she performs. She has gone on to more advanced training with PDO threading and is the only practitioner in this area performing all areas of the advanced body lifting, reverse face lifting, and neck lifting with instant results. She has traveled the west coast for these specialized trainings and has been trained from some world renowned plastic surgeons and APRN master injectors. Brittani believes that your work on clients is your billboard and she is always striving to provide patients with the most up to date, effective and natural looking procedures. She loves seeing clients for complementary consultations because she feels like clients can truly understand all of the available options and be part of their own customized treatment plan. “These consultations give me the ability to get to know my clients and truly understand their beauty goals. I love what I do because people leave me feeling so much better about themselves”, said Brittani. Brittani will always put patient safety first and has continued to grow her clientele by making them feel comfortable and cared for. She is so excited and proud of this new business. She feels like it was meant to be as the location was found while circling in downtown Covington waiting to meet her dad for breakfast. “I always would take a drive around hoping to find something in downtown Covington and couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw this location. It was just perfect!” She looks forward to meeting all of her new clients and providing them with a luxury experience with a laid back feel.
